Rosa M. Hernandez

Ms. Hernandez obtained her undergraduate degree in Journalism from California State University, Fresno and her Juris Doctorate in 2000 from the University of Hawaii, William S. Richardson School of Law. She was admitted to the Hawaii bar in 2000, the California bar in 2003 and sat for the California Workers’ Compensation Section of the Legal Specialization Examination in August 2009.

Prior to joining Michael Sullivan & Associates, Ms. Hernandez was an Associate at Bradford and Barthel, a law firm specializing in workers’ compensation defense. Her previous experience includes working as a Job Developer for Master Plan Vocational Rehabilitation Services, as a Vocational Rehabilitation Expert for Fremont Insurance Company, and as a Claims Adjuster both for Inter-Island Adjusting Company and for Travelers Insurance.
