Rosa M. Williams

Ms. Williams obtained her undergraduate degree in Journalism from California State University, Fresno and her Juris Doctorate in 2000 from the University of Hawaii, William S. Richardson School of Law. She was admitted to the Hawaii Bar in 2000 and the California Bar in 2003. Ms. Williams was awarded the title of Certified Specialist in Workers' Compensation Law by the State Bar of California June 2011.

Prior to joining Michael Sullivan & Associates, Ms. Williams was an Associate at Bradford and Barthel, a law firm specializing in workers’ compensation defense. Her previous experience includes working as a Job Developer for Master Plan Vocational Rehabilitation Services, as a Vocational Rehabilitation Expert for Fremont Insurance Company, and as a Claims Adjuster both for Inter-Island Adjusting Company and for Travelers Insurance.
