Kristopher J. Motschenbacher

Mr. Motschenbacher obtained his undergraduate degree in Political Science and Religious Studies with Honors from the University of California, Davis and his Juris Doctorate from Roger Williams University School of Law. He was honored as a CALI Award recipient while receiving a Juris Doctorate Certificate in Dispute Resolution from Pepperdine University School of Law’s Straus Institute. Mr. Motschenbacher obtained his master’s degree in Ethics and Policy Studies with Honors from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.

Prior to joining Michael Sullivan & Associates, Mr. Motschenbacher worked as a Multi-Line Claims Adjuster and licensed Workers’ Compensation Hearing Representative at Gallagher Bassett. Previous positions included working as a Complex Workers’ Compensation Claims Adjuster at Crawford & Company and as an Assistant Manager at Hilton Hotel’s flagship property in Honolulu, Hawaii.
