Dominic A. Lopez
Mr. Lopez obtained his undergraduate degree in History and Latin American Studies at the University of California, Los Angeles and his Juris Doctorate from University of California, Hastings College of the Law.
While at UC Hastings, Mr. Lopez was part of the Hastings Intellectual Property Organization which focused on the rapidly developing and evolving Patent and Copyright law in the San Francisco Bay Area. In addition, Mr. Lopez also mentored young law students as an active member of the Legal Education Opportunity Program.
Prior to joining Michael Sullivan & Associates, Mr. Lopez clerked for the law firm of Monroe & Zinder, where he focused on Maritime Law, Insurance Defense and Intellectual Property. There, Mr. Lopez conducted extensive research and compiled legal writing such as motions for summary judgment in the area of Trademark Infringement as well as the issues regarding the Application of Federal Admiralty Law.
